And we're live. The new layout is LIVE.

Clicky! (You know you want to. Or, at least, *I* want you to!)

I'm so in love. Another of my passions has made it into my journal, and I'm so crazy about it. I've never worked with putting the backgrounds into my layout before - only worked with header images above the components. As it is, I'm not even running on Component now. In fact, here's what everything originally looked like (Flexible Squares).

Geek that I have become I noticed your AVG icon in your sys-tray. Jim has it on all of our computers too.

I really like your new layout. I need to learn how to play around like that....

AVG is the best. I do hate that they don't offer a free version anymore, but I'm glad that I started using it on our computer way back when and that our account was "grandfathered" in.

And thank you so much. Blood, sweat & tears went into this sucker, and it's finally come together. Just a few minor tweaks left to go for it to be exactly like my vision.

As for the icon, well... it's practically the only matching-ish one I've got to put with the journal at the moment. ;-)

I have a free version on my pc. Came with it, else I would've installed Avast. One thing that annoys me about AVG is that you can't permanently disable the email scan. I have anti-virus scanning as part of my spamcop email account, so it's mostly pointless.

Our computer came with McAfee or Norton (can't remember which now). I hate them both, so they've been gone for years!
