The boys and I layered our shirts today, and that got me to thinking...

Isn't that kinda like asking "does 2+2=4 or does 2+2=4"?

It adds up to the same thing.

Your short sleeves could bunch up under the long ones though....

warmer = / better

But, if I need to be warm AND visible without a coat on I'll wear a long sleeve shirt ('cause the ones I have are tighter) and then a T-shirt over it (so the tight shirt over flab isn't as visible).

This makes it harder to take off a layer if I get too hot though, so I prefer stuff over a T.

I think a long sleeve under a short sleeve is just trendier - so it has to be warmer, cuz you look HOT!

*snurk*

I usually don't wear long sleeve shirts, because I push the sleeves up, and can't get them to stay in a comfortable place all day long. However, I agree that s/s over l/s is trendier, and that's what I've done a few times this winter. Depending on what type of s/s shirt you wear, it's usualyl easier to take that off a l/s shirt than vice-versa.
