I usually don't wear long sleeve shirts, because I push the sleeves up, and can't get them to stay in a comfortable place all day long. However, I agree that s/s over l/s is trendier, and that's what I've done a few times this winter. Depending on what type of s/s shirt you wear, it's usualyl easier to take that off a l/s shirt than vice-versa.
