Jul. 22nd, 2005 11:10 amWell, four loaves of Chocolate Zucchini Bread are nicely wrapped up and sitting on the kitchen counter. The house smells wonderful from their baking, of course, but I'm going to have to stop now for a little bit. I've got to pick up the boys from VBS, and there's supposed to be a little program at today's closing ceremonies. Afterwards,
Jamie and I and all our kids are going out to lunch at the La Mesa in Papillion.
After all of THAT, I've got to get to the commissary and buy more of every single ingredient in the zucchini bread recipes, plus more aluminum foil to wrap them up. When you're making this many batches, you need lots of eggs, sugar and LOTS of flour. ;-)
