Apr. 25th, 2007 11:02 pmThis question came home on one of A.J.'s HAL* papers, and I thought it was neat:
What word is pronounced differently when the first letter is capitalized?
( Answer. )
*speaking of HAL, I need to post about that. ;-)

Apr. 4th, 2007 12:31 amTuck and Baby are howling up and down the hall at each other, dragging various stuffed VeggieTales characters in their jaws. I don't know what it is about those particular stuffed toys, but they have been favorite cat toys from the get-go. They only play with them at night, though.
Each evening, all the toys are put away.
Each morning, Veggies are strewn about the hallway.
*shakes head*
I just want to go to sleep. I don't care if they're having a grand time with the Veggies, but I'd like them to have a grand time more quietly.
And 'magnificent' is spelled with an 'e' near the end.

Spotted on a SONIC® marquee sign yesterday:
TRY ARE NEW
I'm really a sight now. You should see. I'm sure it's very interesting to goggle at a person with only one eyeball, and I would now be the appropriate person for your goggling and enjoyment...
... since I GOUGED the other one OUT over the "ARE" in the sign!
*scratches at remaining eyeball just remembering the scene*
