I give up on sleeping. I went to bed at 12:45, but I was back up again for almost an hour at 5am. It's not even 8am yet, and I'm just hacking, coughing, snotting, and wheezing, and there's no way the Sleep Fairy is coming near me. Not only that, but I'm burning up one minute, then freezing cold twenty minutes later, and because I can't find a happy medium, I can't stay still long enough to fall asleep anyway.

*sigh*

I did take a long bath just now, probably about the time you were posting this comment, in fact. I used the boys' vapor bath, and I shaved my legs and whatnot.

last week when i had the same stuff i was on the "up every couple hours" sleep pattern.

hang in there, that stuff is no fun, especially that hot cold routine.

A bit of strange advice.. when I have a REALLY bad cold and am completely congested--I find that orgasm helps to clear my sinues for a while--and, well it makes you downright sleepy, too! Maybe you could give that a try?
