A housewarming surprise.

Awwwww. :-)

My friend Ann and her kiddos just dropped by to see the new house, and they brought us a special housewarming surprise - our very first bird feeder! The boys will be so excited to see it when they get home, but they will be so bummed that they missed getting to show Rudi and Ty the new yard (they are at their dentist check-ups right now). Ann gushed all over the house - she seemed as excited as me! The movers were finishing up as they arrived, and they brought in the last few boxes while I was showing Ann around.

It was sweet of them, and they want to come back as soon as everything is unpacked to play properly. :-)

Thanks. I'm pretty excited about this house, and I'm taking everything a bit more slowly, trying to decide exactly where I'd like stuff before I put it all up. :-)
