Very interesting. Very neat idea. I'm very behind it, especially in all my Halloween and 'I-was-a-nursing-momma' glory. :-)

Ha! That's awesome. I can't tell you how many times I've contemplated e-mailing someone--JK Rawling, to be exact.. to ask if witches nurse their babies. Because, I don't think Draco was breastfed...

I'm sure she would tell you that yes, most good witch mommies do. She is a big breastfeeding advocate herself, even telling the world that she doesn't intend to write any of the 7th novel until her little Mackenzie has had a full year of Mommy time. She's backed out of several press engagements this year due to conflicts in feeding schedules, saying that "if [she] is hungry, I have to be there - no one else can do it for her but me."

Just one more reason to love Jo, eh? :-D

While I think it is an odd Halloween decoration (not being a mother, I don't really know anything about the breastfeeding vs. bottle feeding debate...I was bottle fed and turned out fine), it's just a freaking gourd, for crying out loud!
