Though I've had the images for about 3 weeks now, I finally got around to making the requested banner for poetlady. Ta-da!

I worked today, and the day passed very quickly - or so it felt. I didn't eat much though, as this heat has made my hunger diminish a little bit. I still haven't eaten dinner yet, and it's already after 11pm. The boys ate, of course, but my stuffed zucchini is still waiting for me in the fridge.

I took the portable DVD player to work with me today, too. (It occurred to me just a few days ago that I can use it in places OTHER than the car!) I watched all but 10 minutes of The Pacifier from my Netflix movies. I've really enjoyed it, and man - Vin is easy on the eyes! ;-)

I feel sorry for her kids. Every GOOD mom knows they need a well-deserved break now & then. Duh. Good parenting isn't a white-knuckled marathon. Sometimes the kids need a break from mommy too. It's called moderation & good parents know their limitations. It takes a village....

Hey, if I'm not needed, then I'm sure my hosting pictures isn't needed either, right? I only removed photos from my photohost, giving myself a bit more space. It's not my fault if the links to those photos no longer work...

OK you zucchini addict, I have a recipe that you might like. I'll have to get the specifics from my mom, but it calls for some boiled zucchini slices, shredded carrots & chopped onion, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cheese, & topped with a canister of Stove Top stuffing. We love it- it's pretty good! I'll ask her for it tomorrow when we talk. Crap, now I'm hungery for it & it's almost 1 in the am. Way to go, Jame. Good one.

I have a list going of requests that people have made for an icon/graphic. There's actually two more people ahead of you, but neither of them have yet decided what they want or sent me any files with which to make anything. That means you're next!

And the next graphic-related thing I'll do is make myself a new banner or a few more icons. :-)

I wasn't sure how I wanted the pictures arranged but you are very creative! It ties in with the photo of my son and he thinks it's just amazing:) I love all the colors!

Now I just need to figure out how to install it.

I'm so glad that you are happy with it! I just kept coming up a blank, and finally decided to go with something to match Buzz. It took me a while to find a Buzz image I liked online, and then even longer to get the rest of the stuff done, but I feel like I learned a few more things in making this banner, and that's always a good thing, right? ;-)

(Though I sincerely do apologize if you were hoping for something muted or girly-looking - I tried, but I just couldn't get anything to work!)

It's probably easiest just to exchange phone numbers to get this installed on your journal. Can you be on the phone and online at the same time? If not, we'll figure something else out. Just let me know.
