Part 1

I've put them behing lj cuts, so as not to overload your friends' pages. :)

Cheesy Pepperoni Appetizer

2 pkgs. crescent rolls
8 oz. provolone cheese, sliced
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 oz. pepperoni, chopped
1 egg

Open package of crescent rolls on ungreased cookie sheet. Pinch serrated holes together to look like one flat, whole piece of dough. Spread cheeses and pepperoni over dough. Cover with the second package of dough, pinching around the outside of the entire "mound" of dough. Beat the egg and brush over the top of the dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden. Let stand for 5 minutes, slice and enjoy!

Crock Pot Pizza

1 # browned hamburger
1 small chopped onion
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 jar pizza sauce
1 pkg. wide egg noodles
1 pkg. shredded cheddar
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella
1 pkg. pepperoni
1 small can of mushrooms

Grease inside of crockpot or spray with PAM. Brown hamburger and onion together. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Layer in crockpot half of the noodles, meat and onion mixture, pizza and spaghetti sauces, mushrooms, pepperoni and cheeses. Repeat layers. Cook on high until cheeses start to melt and bubble. Turn to low until ready to serve.

Warm Pecan Spread

2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
4 T finely chopped onions
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
2 small jars dried beef, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Topping:
3/4 cup chopped pecans
4 T melted butter

Mix first six ingredients together; place in baking dish. Sprinkle with pecans and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with crackers.

Herb-Cheese Spread

1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 12oz. pkg. Havarti cheese
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried chives
1/4 tsp. dried dillweed
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. fennel seeds
1/2 (17-1/4oz) pkg. frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten

Spread mustard over top of cheese; sprinkle with dried herbs. Place cheese, mustard side down, in center of pastry. Wrap package style, trimming excess pastry. Seal seam. Place seam side down on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with egg; chill 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes; brush with egg and bake an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with assorted crackes or sliced apples or pears.

Thanks for the recipes. It inspired me to download/install a recipe-holder for my computer that downloads to my PDA. So maybe next time I'm in the grocery store, I will pickup some ingredients for one of these and cook it! :-)

You're very welcome!
