RENT.

I didn't like Rent very much. Is it always mediocre, or is it just the movie?

I can't even tell you why I didn't like it. The songs were semi-catchy. The actors were decent to look at. I teared up at the end, so I *was* engaged in the movie. Yet I didn't really like it, and I kept watching the clock, waiting for it to be over.

I can't even explain it to myself.

I've felt down and gloomy inside today. Inside me, that is. I hope that I was okay to other people, though I really didn't interact with anyone besides the boys and Philip.

I made shake'n bake chicken, broccoli cheese rice, sweet potatoes, rolls and grapes tonight. It was absolutely nothing special, but the boys went on and on about how wonderful it was. That always makes me feel good. I love that they are such good eaters - they cleaned their plates (and bowls, as the grapes were separate from the rest, not fitting on the plates).

My brain's been spinning about a thousand miles a minute today, yet I feel more like the whir is a lot of hype - nothing much to show for my hours and hours of thinking hard. :-/
