Tonight was "New Sheet Night" for the boys. Heck, it was actually "Entirely New Bedding Night," even! They are now sleeping soundly in coordinating bedding of navy blue, tan and lime green. A.J. even has a throw pillow to match.
A.J.'s old comforter had been in use for almost 5 solid years now, though Jack's had only been used for just over 2.5 years. However, both of them had holes at the seams that just kept ripping open, and
Heather has fixed them so many times that I've lost count. I am going to ask her to fix them both one more time, though; then we'll use them as just extra comforters for snuggling on the couch in the winter. :-)
I'm wondering how much filing/sorting paperwork and how much cleaning off of my desk I can get finished if I work for the next solid hour...
