Thanksgiving menu.

Befores:

- chips & salsa
- pepperoni & summer sausage
- colby jack, cheddar & mozzarella
- Ritz crackers

Durings:

- roasted turkey
- mashed potatoes & gravy
- sweet potato casserole
- stuffing
- green bean casserole
- homemade mac 'n cheese
- store-bought mac 'n cheese (Andy wanted a stand-by, "just in case")
- yeast rolls
- corn
- jellied cranberry sauce

Afters:

- mini pumpkin pies
- pumpkin pies
- pineapple upside-down cake
- spice cookies with cream cheese frosting
- white chocolate tarts

And of course, there'll be sweet tea, soda, and eleventy billion choices of hot cocoas. :-)

actually... i'm going to tim's house to meet his family for the first time this thanksgiving. interesting, i know. luckily, i like his family a lot already, so it shouldn't be bad. :)

Hmmmm .... it's interesting how mac & cheese has a place at the Thanksgiving table. That would be totally unheard of here.

I've never made it before either, but it was Andy's request. He's not much of a foodie, so it's something he will definitely eat. But I'm willing to make it if it's a GOOD kind (homemade), and he's still not sure if he'll like that, so he's bringing the boxed stuff "just in case." ;-)
