Yep, I understand. You hate to say it, but sometimes it's true. Even with my own boys, A.J. looked about a month old in his birth photos - his complexion was clear, he was nicely filled out, etc. On the other hand, Jack was downright scrawny, splotchy-faced, etc. Even now, I still think A.J.'s pictures are sooo much better than Jack's, though Jack takes better pictures now. :-D
