navygreenI took a cute picture of little Joseaphine today during the Hydrant Party, but there were many other kids running around at the same time. The photo looked a bit... crowded... to me, anyway.
I played around with it for a little while in both Photoshop and PSP, and I ended up blurring the background to make her stand out a bit better. I'm very happy with the results, but I want to know if others even really notice the difference.
