I'm feeling like a little bragging, a little self-promoting... so I'm going to do it. :-)

I've not been pressuring myself to do anything lately, but whenever an idea pops into my head or someone requests something, I've been trying to oblige fairly quickly. As a result, I've got a handful of new graphics to share. They're nothing too terribly difficult, and there are no blinkies or anything like that (it's just not my style), but I'm still very pleased with them.

First up, icons!

taryns_mom requested a texty icon with a specific phrase.

In a moment of personal hilarity, I came up with a phrase for starrchld that just *had* to be icon-ized.

I wanted to create a texty icon for hetterrific which emphasized her supreme dorkiness...

amberlovely requested a jewelry icon with a specific phrase.

And senor_fred wanted to celebrate his re-upping to Paid status with new icons. He asked for icon donations, but I volunteered to make him one and asked for an idea or some direction. His response? "Something with nudity and kitchen utensils would be good..."

Within this category, there are also a few Harry Potter-specific icons!

gardenmama requested an icon for those times when she felt particularly mischievous.

Later on, I also made another version of the icon.

The release of some new JKR pictures in the British Tatler spurred me to create this icon:

After creating my first background, I also made an accompanying icon. There are always days to celebrate "Snape's Worst Memory," right?

While Annie and I were watching GoF (before it was released on DVD - shhhhh!), I *gulped* for Harry during a particular scene. Annie said, "You should make an icon of that!" So I did.

And then while watching the real DVD last week, Annie requested a texty icon with her favorite GoF movie quote.

Of course, I can't forget to mention the entire gallery of icons I created to worship hermioneluna's fanfiction masterpiece, The Affairs of a Wilting Flower (and she says a new chapter will be up soon!).

And there's also tons of banners!

I've made a healthy handful for other folks, so I'll start with those.

beanpop wanted a banner to showcase her love for the Remus/Sirius 'ship.

I made starrchld a banner to celebrate the planning of our garden last summer.

little_liebchen wanted a banner for her journal as well.

takarakanashi wanted a banner full of Ewan McGregor-ness, and I was happy to oblige.

poetlady sent me a few pics to make a banner of her children.

livemockingbird requested a banner for her journal, but she gave me free reign over choosing the picture(s).

When it came Christmastime, starrchld needed a new look, instead of her old garden banner:

And then I'd promised to make livemockingbird a NEW banner, as the fishy one was several months old. I came up with a completely new look.
