Hangers.

You know those kid outfit hangers that have the top portion for the shirt but then turn into two wedge parts facing out to the side, kinda V-ing out like a skirt does, for the bottom portion?

I hate those. HATE. Those hangers are the bane of my laundry existence.

For all my pant-hanging desires, give me the hangers that face forward, are situated in an up-and-down fashion and have helpful and efficient little metal clips in them.

MUCH more sensible.
