navygreen: (Harry and the Potters - signed my BOOK!)
I slept in this morning, and it was fabulous. I went to bed around 2am, after trying to rouse Philip from the couch (I touched him, I took the remote from him and turned off the TV, I turned off all the lamps around him, I spoke to him - all he did was roll over), and the next thing I knew, it was 7:30am, and Jack was standing next to the bed, asking me something. I rolled over to find that Philip had never come to bed, so I told Jack to go tell him to come to bed. He did just that, and Philip lumbered into our room a minute or two later, after putting out a quick breakfast for the boys. The alarm went off at 9:30 for Philip to get up, and he and Jack headed to the "Woodworking Wonders with Dad" event at Jack's preschool (they were set to make a racecar together - how cute).

I had several dreams during those late morning hours, but I finally woke up just before noon. When I saw the time, I threw off the covers and flipped over in bed - I was SHOCKED to find an ellyptical exercise machine in the empty space next to the bed! We'd been planning on getting the machine from niecer1 Janiece and her husband sometime today, but it was already there! I can only guess that her husband Jeff brought it with him this morning to the preschool, and from there Philip brought it home and into the house. What floors me is that I'm a pretty light sleeper, and yet I never heard a sound as the machine was brought into our room and set up, and it was only a few feet away from me!

I guess I was sleeping pretty deeply this morning. It was really good sleep though, as after turning on the heat again yesterday afternoon, I was finally able to be comfortable through the night (not shivering and teeth-chatteringly cold as the last few nights had been).

Baby is "helping" me to post this entry by sitting on the desk between me and the monitor. Silly kitty. :-)

I talked to hetterrific Heather on the phone for over an hour this morning (I had to call immediately and tell her about sleeping through furniture installation in my bedroom, of course), and then I fixed lunch for myself and the boys. I puttered around online, and then I only just took my shower for the day at 4pm. I'm such a bum, I swear. I'm going to make some more baptismal letters, and then I'm going to wash some dishes before starting dinner. I'll be scrapbooking later, and I want an opportunity to wash as much of the black ink off before then. I'd better get started on that...

In other news, I'm dying to go out to eat with a friend, but it just doesn't seem to be working out. I'm going through withdrawals, I think, and it's awful. I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it through the weekend. Maybe I'll just head to a restaurant by myself and make a new friend? Ha ha - psycho Nicole, that's me. ;-)

Argh!

Okay, I'm not getting my comments from LiveJournal right now, and that's frustrating enough. But I'm getting messages about resetting my passwords, and I've not requested to do that.

And there's nothing wrong with my password! It's not the same message that LJ sent months and months ago, making folks CHANGE their passwords because they contained certain words or were easy to guess, so I'm stumped.

I shouldn't ask in Support, right? Heck, I answer questions in Support, not ask them! (Yes, I'm a Support volunteer - I'm that much of an LJ geek.)
