Am I continually banging my head on the desk and not realizing it?

I have had a killer headache since yesterday afternoon. I quite suspect it has something to do with my "monthlies," - but owwie. They're not usually this bad.

On the other hand, I'm sure Philip is happy I won't be having a baby while he's away. ;-D

It's really real now. We're down to the less-than-48-hours mark. I had a mini-conference with A.J.'s teacher today to let her know that Philip was leaving (Jack's teachers already know). Our living room is a wreck with gear all over the place. There are important papers strewn all over my desk.

The 'Chocolate-Covered Cherry Fairy' visited me today!

Yep, after I got back from picking up A.J. from school and having that mini-conference with his teacher, I found on my kitchen counter a lovely box of chocolate-covered cherries! Thank you, fairy! :-D

Okey doke. Philip and I just had a little 'I-need-to-use-the-phone-no-I-need-to-use-the-phone' snafu, but it's fixed now, and I'm off to call the lovely Amber, albeit 8 minutes late. Whee!
