Einstein's B-Day...oh, and Pi Day!

flopbrain teaches high school math, and I knew that he would appreciate the Pi cookies more than anyone else. However, I live in North Dakota, and he's in Pennsylvania, so I had to start early. I baked the cookies on Wednesday, then photographed and shipped them on Thursday afternoon. To my surprise, he received them by Saturday at lunchtime!
I suppose "all's well that ends well," as he was then able to take the cookies today to school with him for teaching. I'm just glad that they didn't arrive too late. :-)
