I guess I'm NOT making Chicken Gumbo tonight. I don't have any V-8 juice, and I'd forgotten about that. (And we are NOT going back out today to get some.)

That's the only thing I really wanted tonight. It would have made my snuffly nose and sore, sore throat feel so much better. :-(

Maybe while I'm out tomorrow (at the doctor's), I'll pick up some V8. It still sounds so yummyful right about now!

Thanks for your concern. It's kinda weird having two Maria "mommies" on my list now. ;-)
