Raspberry movies.

It's still weird with Philip being home. I mean, I'm not on the computer near as much right now because I don't want to be sitting here the whole time he's off. On the other hand, I'm feeling a little out of the LJ loop.

I want some more ice cream. Yesterday we went to the ice cream shop, I tried a new flavor - Wildberry Safari. It's Blue Bunny® brand, and the description said, "Raspberry ice cream, swirled with blackerry ribbons, with dark chocolates filled with a marionberry center." Mmmmm - it was SO good! Now I'm craving it again. I'm settling myself with a cup of raspberry truffle cocoa at the moment...

It was a Ben Stiller night last night. We watched Duplex (courtesy of Netflix) and Meet the Fockers last night. Philip had already seen the latter, but I hadn't (even though we own it, yes). But oh my goodness - Duplex was HILARIOUS! I laughed so hard throughout the movie! That's one I definitely want to buy. :-)

Abilities.

Apparently, I am unable to swirl the last dregs of my cocoa with my mug in my left hand.

But in my right, I find myself quite able. In fact, I can even get perfectly concentric rings going with just a flick of my wrist.

Ahhh. :-)

Handwriting.

When I write in cursive, I tend to write very quickly. So quickly, in fact, that I often am not happy with the formation of letters. It doesn't seem to matter how much I "practice" my handwriting - my cursive just stinks. However, I do still feel it necessary to use it on a semi-regular basis.

On that note, I'm now curious...

Lastly, my mother-in-law has the most gorgeous cursive handwriting. I've told her this on numerous occasions. She always tells me to keep practicing. *sigh* My rebuttal? I tell her I want hers after she dies. ;-)
